The HUSH Foundation conducts Health Assessments in order to gain knowledge about our recipients. It will help us discover some easy ways to
help children, adolescents and elderly stay healthy. Many times, intervening, providing support and recommending changes can mean better
health today and in the future.
How our assessment works
We visit applicant homes, offices, and sites and ask basic questions in order to develop a confidential health profile that will determine the
financial need of our prospective recipients/grantees. We then provide our special event committee with a tailored report and recommendation
for grant amounts that would assist our recipients/grantees and support their needs. Our fund-raising events are then planned, coordinated and
implemented based upon the financial need of our recipients/grantees.
We also have a referral system in place to provide our clients with the necessary support they need to enhance and maintain their health.
